• Incorporation and registration of business organizations in Somaliland: Provide legal advices including drafting of corporate bylaws, Memorandums, Articles of Association, and advisory services to clients new to the Somaliland business sector. We provide legal advice and consultancy on all aspects relating to the incorporation and registration of Somaliland companies, foreign companies and other trading entities including Banks, Insurance Companies, Non-Government Organizations, Joint Venture Companies and Partnerships. Our services include drafting necessary and required legal documents such as memoranda of association, articles of association for the formation of companies and other trade entities as well as necessary internal rules and by laws for the proper and effective management thereto. We also advise and undertake on their behalf for both our newly formed Somaliland and foreign client companies and business organizations:
• Restructuring existing companies. We provide legal advice and services including drafting legal documents on the reorganization and restructuring of companies or groups and advising on the structuring of commercial transactions to ensure that they are conducted in the most cost effective and efficient manner
• Regulatory and compliance We provide legal advice on regulatory and compliance matters as well as business licensing to both Somaliland and foreign clients, companies and other trading entities including retail and wholesale trading banking, insurance, telecommunication, energy and mining as well as non-governmental organizations.
• Drafting contracts and legal documents: We provide legal consultancy and drafting on all types of commercial and/or business contracts/agreements to our clients in all the Somaliland business and economic sector.
